Here's some more of my Quick and Easy Recipes
Peanut Butter Pie
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Sugar or 2 tsps Sweet and Low
1 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 Large Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Crust
Cream peanut butter and cream cheese and sugar well.
Fold in 3/4's of Cool Whip, pour in crust, top with remaining Cool Whip
Drizzle Chocolate Syrup over the top, sprinkle with crushed nuts.
I always freeze this pie and remove about an hour before eating. I make several up ahead and freeze them.
1 can La Sur Peas
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can French Style Green Beans
Medium Jar Chopped Pimento
1 Small chopped Onion
1 Small Chopped Pepper
1/2 cup Vinagar
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
Mix together the first six ingredients. Then in pot put vinager,oil and sugar and heat till very hot and pour over other ingredients. Mix well and let sit over night in refrigerator.
Toll House Pie
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Butter
1 cup chopped Pecans
6 ozs Choc. Chips
Prepared Pie crust
Beat eggs till fluffy and add sugar, brown sugar, flour and butter and mix well. Add chopped nuts and chocolate chips, stir well and pour into prepared crust. Bake at 325 degrees until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Frozen Cranberry Salad
1 can Whole Cranberry Sauce
1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple,drained
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Chopped Nuts
1 9oz Cool Whip
Mix first five ingredients together and fold in Cool Whip
Line muffins tins with cupcakes papers and fill with mixture.
Cover with waxed paper and freeze until ready to serve.
Mix & Match Vegetable Quickies
1 101/2 oz. can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup Milk
2 10oz pkg. Frozen Green peas,thawed
1 cup French fried Onion Rings
Combine soup and milk. Place 1/2 of peas in 1 1/2 qt casserole; cover with 1/2 soup mixture and 1/2 onion rings. repeat layers. Bake, covered, in 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
Chicken Sumi Salad
4 to 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts(boiled & cut up)
1/3 cup Lightly Toasted Almonds
1/2 cup Canola Oil
3/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
3 pkgs Sweet and Low
6 Green Onions
6 tbps Rice Vinegar
1 pkg Slaw Mix
1 pkg Ramon Noodles (discard flavor pack)
Put almonds in oil and set aside. Cut up boiled chicken & onions.
Toss slaw mix, sugar,noodles,vinegar,salt& pepper
Add chicken and onions,then add oil and almonds
Mix well and chill. Very low fat and delicious
1 Fryer(boiled & deboned)
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 can Celery Soup
1 can Chedder Cheese Soup
1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes
Boil fryer and debone. Mix together and heat all soups and tomaotes.
Then take Doritos chips and alternate with chicken,beginning with chips
Add soup mixture after each layer. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
2 cans Apple Pie filling
1 Box Dry Cake Mix
1 1/2 sticks Oleo
Put apples in pan; sprinkle dry cake mix on top of apples
Cut oleo in pats and spread over cake mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes.
1 can crushed Pineapple( with juice)
1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
1 pkg Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix
1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
1 small Cool whip
Mix all ingrediants together and chill.
Use pudding mix dry
