Here's Some Quick Recipes

So You Aren't Off The Computer To Long

Pork Chop Casserole

4 pork chops
1 cup Minute rice
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Soup Can of Milk
Flour and pepper chops, then brown.
Combine rice, soup and milk in casserole dish.
Top with browned pork chops. Cover, bake at350 for 45 minutes.

Easy Parmesan Chicken

Chicken breasts
Bacon Strips
Parmesan Cheese
Wrap chicken breasts with bacon.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cherry Salad

1 large carton Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand
1 can Cherry Pie filling
1 small can Crushed Pineapple,drained
1 cup chopped nuts
1 small bag Marshmallows
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill and serve.

Good Enchiladas

1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
1 can refried beans
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup picante sauce
1/4 lb. grated Chedder Cheese
1 can Chili( no beans)
12 large flour Tortillas
Brown hamburger, drain. In large saucepan combine meat, beans and mushroom soup.Cook slow until mixture bubbles. Add picante sauce. turn down heat while preparing the rest of the enchiladas. In 9 by13 pan,lay one tortilla flat and spoon 2 tablespoons of fillinf towards one side. sprinkle with cheese.
Turn up one edge and roll tortilla turning the seam side down.
Continue filling tortillas until all sauce is used and they are lined up in pan. Top with can of chili and bake for 15 min. at 350 degrees.

Green Bean Casserole

2 cans Green Beans
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can dried Onions
Salt and Pepper
Layer green beans in casserole dish.
Spread soup over beans and bake about 20 minutes on 400 degrees.
Sprinkle onions on top and bake 15 minutes more.

Unbelievable Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls.
Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
This recipe does not call for flour.

Easy Cobbler

1 cup Self-Rising flour
1 cup Sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 stick Butter
1 NO.2 can of Fruit
Mix all ingredients( except butter) in baking dish.
Pour in fruit of your choice ,add pats of butter on top.
Bake about 45 minutes at 325 degrees.

Eclair Cake

Graham Crackers
2 small boxes Instant Pudding Mix
3 cups Milk
1 small Cool Whip
1 can Choc.Frosting
Line bottom of oblong cake pan with a layer of graham crackers, flat.
Mix together pudding and milk and fol in cool whip.
Spread pudding mixture on graham crackers
Place another layer of graham crackers on the pudding layer.
Spread can of frosting on top and place in refrigerator and chill.

Lemonade Pie

1 large Cool Whip
1 small can Frozen Lemonade
1 can Eagle Brand
1 Graham Cracker Crust
Mix first three ingredients and pour into graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle with crumbs and refrigerate until firm.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

1 10oz. Chopped Frozen Spinach
8 ozs. Grated Mozzarella
4 Eggs
4 tsp Onion( grated)
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place spinach in colander to thaw
Press out all the water, Mix spinach with cheese,eggs,onion,nutmeg
Salt and Pepper to taste. spray pie pan with non stick spray
Bake 30 or until knife in middle comes out clean

Chicken Casserole

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Mix
1 stick Butter(melted)
1 chicken(cooked,boned,cut-up)
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 small can Pet Milk
1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
Mix together, pepperidge mix and melted buter
Put half in bottom of casserole, add chicken
Mix soup and pet milk and pour over chicken
Sprinkle remainder of mix over top and pour broth over it all
Bake covered 30 minutes and uncovered 15 minutes at 350 degrees
